Work Duration

Focus

Establishing a credible and transparent reference asset to reduce trust barriers and enable the consulting agency to operate on behalf of the parent company, positioning the legal AI offering at an enterprise-grade, competitive level through real use cases and clear value communication.

OUTCOMES

Following the project, the parent company decided to directly adopt the consulting website as its official platform, taking ownership of the asset originally developed for the consulting partner.

Context

The consulting partner needed a credible and authoritative digital platform to operate and convert clients under the LexAI Consulting name, on behalf of LexAI, the parent company owning the enterprise legal AI software.

The platform had to enable transparent, professional representation of the consulting offering, clearly communicate value and legitimacy, and support a trust-driven, conversion-oriented decision funnel aligned with LexAI’s enterprise positioning.

Challenge

The challenge was making a Legal Tech consulting service feel credible, professional, and transparent in a domain where trust is critical, mistakes carry real risk and financial stakes are extremely high.

Success Criteria (Pre-launch)

  • Clear communication of value, positioning, and consulting scope
  • Reduction of friction and hesitation during early conversion stages
  • Engagement with trust-building elements (use cases, value explanation, ROI logic)
  • Ability to support sales conversations as a credible and professional reference

Interventions

I designed the information flow to support progressive trust-building rather than immediate conversion.

Created a natural strategic funnel based on a clear information hierarchy and stakeholder priorities, mapped the journey around the needs of Fortune 500 legal teams, and integrated a real-time ROI calculator to ensure transparency during evaluation.

Designed to prioritize trust and evaluation before conversion

User Story

As a legal decision-maker in a Fortune 500 company, I need to understand whether this AI consulting service is credible, transparent, and worth the investment before putting my reputation and budget at risk.

Design Reasoning & Decision Logic

Before moving into visual execution, I externalized the core decision logic behind the experience through hand-drawn diagrams and conceptual schemas.

This step was used to reason about trust, credibility, transparency, and information priority, ensuring that the experience would guide stakeholders from understanding value to confident evaluation before any conversion-driven interaction.

Current Status & Next Steps

The project is currently in an ongoing iteration phase.

Following the decision of the parent company to directly adopt the platform, the experience is being further refined to align with internal requirements, positioning, and long-term objectives.

The work presented here represents the strategic and design foundation that enabled the transition from a consulting reference to an internal enterprise asset.
